Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Shush & Wear online store and every purchase you make through it. By browsing or ordering, you accept them. They are written to be read, not skimmed — they are short.

1. The seller

The store is operated by Shush & Wear, founded by Karol Krakowski and based in Krakow, Poland. Questions about these terms: hello@shushandwear.com.

2. Products

Shush & Wear sells knitted garments: leggings, shapewear and bras. Colours and knit textures may vary slightly between production runs, and your screen and the fabric may disagree slightly on shade. Fit depends on your body; the size notes on each product page are guidance, not a promise.

3. Orders and prices

• An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation.
• Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may decline or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability — and will refund anything already paid.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Poland. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive a tracking number. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will replace the order or refund it — you will never carry the carrier's risk.

5. Returns and withdrawal

You may return any unpersonalised piece within thirty days of delivery, in its original condition, for a full refund of the product price. EU consumers additionally hold the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. To start a return, write to hello@shushandwear.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the return.

6. Warranty and complaints

Statutory warranty rights apply in full. Beyond that, every Shush & Wear garment carries our own six-month quality guarantee: if a seam or the waistband fails under normal use and normal care, we repair or replace it. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear, pilling from friction, snags from jewellery or rough surfaces, or damage from a tumble dryer or bleach.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — texts, product designs, photography, illustrations, and the Shush & Wear name and wordmark — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, place fraudulent orders, or upload malicious content. We may suspend access that does.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life and health. Beyond that, our liability is capped at the price of the products in the order concerned; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We would rather solve any problem by email first — and we usually do.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
